      Share three coherence training protocols for stress reduction

      A: Here are three simple coherence protocols I recommend for stress reduction:

      1. Two-Minute Heart Reset: hand on chest, breathe in and out of your nose for 5–6 seconds each, imagine the breath moving through the heart, and bring up a genuine feeling of appreciation; use smooth, circular breaths.

      2. Drain–Shift–Sustain: notice the “energy leak” and name it; shift with heart-focused breathing and a real, renewing feeling for about two minutes; sustain by choosing one next best action and a value word (e.g., “steady”).

      3. Coherence Bookends: before a difficult moment, take 2 minutes to set your breath and the tone you want to lead with; after, take three slow breaths, release any residue, and jot one line on what worked and what you’ll adjust.

      Practice these at transitions (before calls, before important meetings, after emails, between tasks). Aim for 3–5 practice reps a day.
